Evil was on full display yesterday afternoon as a gunman opened fire in a local Kroger grocery store. While new details continue to emerge, one thing is for certain. Many in Collierville & the Mid-South wake up with a sense of sadness, fear & other emotions. John Nix, Lead Pastor of The Orchard Church in Collierville, joined Wake Up Memphis today.
Yesterday, his team opened the church for prayer. Today, Pastor Nix talked with Tim Van Horn & Ben Deeter about the horrific event. He pointed out how the Bible explains why awful things happen to good people. He noted scripture also points to what people can do to get through tribulation.
