McNally survived a “no confidence” vote 19-7 Monday after he became the epicenter of national controversy for liking racy Instagram photos.
Humble accused Republican senators of taking a straw poll behind closed doors disguising it as a “no confidence vote” because they had no intention of holding McNally accountable.
