President Trump super fans “Diamond and Silk” checked in Monday morning at 7:45 AM CST on ‘Wake Up Memphis’ with Robyn Walensky to discuss politics and their brand new book, Uprising: Who the Hell Said You Can’t Ditch and Switch?
The outspoken and always funny sisters tell host Robyn Walensky they’re not “politically correct,” and they’re instead “politically direct.”Walensky asks the nationally known duo what is their message for Donald Trump supporters here in Memphis.
“We have a lot of Black Conservative voters that listen to ‘Wake Up Memphis,’” Walensky says, “and a lot of Black female Conservatives that listen to this radio station that are extremely aligned with Miss Diamond and Miss Silk. What do you ladies say to them? What is your message to the Black Conservatives here in Memphis?”
The always-enthusiastic sisters tell Walensky, “Keep going! Don’t let anybody stop you. Don’t let anyone silence your voice. Keep going, have the courage to speak out, vote for the person, and vote for President Donald J. Trump.”
