A $20 million pool of money has City Council members weighing in how to use it.

The good news?  There are plenty of ideas.

The bad news?  All those fine plans total about $40 million in revenue need.  Something will have to give.

Memphis City Council Chairman Fran Colvett joined Wake Up Memphis to discuss quandry.   He also talked about the defaced billboards recently discovered, touting the defunding of police.
