The elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas is another instance of how killers will exploit easy (or “soft”) targets to maximize casualties and injuries. Author and active shooter survival expert Alain Burrese joined “Wake Up Memphis” to discuss the horrific incident, including the heroic response by the Border Patrol tactical agents.
Burrese noted there are certain things schools must do in order to become a less appealing target for attackers.
