DEVELOPING: Downtown Memphis descended into complete mayhem Sunday evening.
“Where are the cops and parents in this city?” KWAM’s “Wake Up Memphis” host Ben Deeter asked on Facebook.
WATCH THE CLIP BELOW:Eyewitnesses told KWAM more than 60 cars filled with masked thugs terrorized tourists and citizens in the tourism district last night.

Sources told KWAM drivers were drag racing in front of the Orpheum, shutting down traffic for over an hour.Reports from eyewitnesses told us most of the thugs were young kids.
