William Stotts of the Mary M. Hess Foundation for Acute Stroke Care and Rehabilitation joined “Wake Up Memphis” to discuss how many stroke victims have a difficult time fully recovering due to inadequate medical coverage.
Stotts says Medicare benefits are limited in duration, leaving many Americans in a physically and financial bind. The Foundation is looking to help more people better recover.
