Shelby County Sheriff and Memphis mayoral candidate Floyd Bonner told KWAM parents “must take accountability” for their children.
A big issue locally has been juveniles out unaccompanied after dark in areas such as Beale Street and causing mayhem in their wake.

If Sheriff Bonner is elected mayor, he explained that crime, economic development and cleaning up the city are top priorities.
“A safe city is a prosperous city,” he said.
