The Satanic Temple is suing Memphis Shelby County Schools, claiming the school district is violating the First Amendment.
The Satanists have teamed up with the Freedom From Religion Foundation, a group of raging atheists — to file the lawsuit.
The lawsuit alleges MSCS is charging the Satan club with “unexpected and exorbitant security fees” that Good News Clubs have not had to pay.
The godless heathens also are enraged over it’s chilly reception:
“Our arrival was met by an Unwelcoming Committee, made up of district officials and clergy members, further demonstrating the district’s antagonism.”
